Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business that pays you $500K or more a year in salary and distributions.
  • Your profit climbed, and your tax bill climbed right along with it.
  • Your CPA files an accurate return every spring but never calls in October to ask what's still possible.
  • You run your company as an S corporation or another pass-through and mail estimated payments every quarter.
  • You hold rentals or other investments outside the business and want them planned together with it.
  • You want a lower tax bill without starving the company of the cash it needs to grow.
  • You want this year's taxes worked on before December 31st, not explained to you in April.

This Is Not For:

  • Owners whose business pays them less than $500K a year.
  • Employees who only need a personal return filed.
  • Anyone who only wants a return prepared once a year and nothing more.
  • Owners who want a one-time tip instead of a team working on their taxes all year.
  • Owners who'd rather find out what they owe in April than plan for it now.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Mark and his team work on this year's taxes while there's still time to change them.

Your Returns And Numbers Reviewed

We start with your past returns and this year's figures: company profit, how you pay yourself, and what you hold outside the business, like rentals.

Strategies Fit To Your Cash

We choose the strategies that fit your goals and your liquidity, so lowering the tax never starves the company of cash. Much of it redirects money you already spend.

Write-Offs Set Up Properly

We structure the costs you already have into legitimate business deductions and put the right moves in place for you, like income shifting, entity changes, depreciation and retirement accounts.

We Carry Out The Plan

We don't hand you a plan and walk away. We handle the transactions, the setup and the documents, and coordinate with anyone else who has a role in getting it done.

Meetings All Year, Not Just April

Meet with us as often as you need, up to 12 times a year, with a mid-year review and a fourth quarter round that locks in deductions before December 31st.

Direct Access To Mark

You get one dedicated point of contact, a client portal that's open around the clock, and weekly open calls where you can put your questions to Mark directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my current CPA?+
No. If you're happy with your current preparer, you can keep them on your returns and use us for this year's planning: we implement the strategies and your CPA reports them. Later it often makes sense to move the return to us too, because some strategies have to be reported a specific way.
Do I need spare cash to put into these strategies?+
Not for most of the work. Much of our planning takes money you're already spending and redirects it into places the tax code rewards. When a move does need cash, we show you the math first, like putting $200,000 into a strategy that saves $350,000, and weigh it against what the business needs.
Why hasn't my current CPA told me about any of this?+
Most CPAs are trained to file an accurate return, and their work ends once they've told you what you owe. Planning is a different job. It starts months earlier, while the number can still change.
Is it too late to do anything for this year?+
Not necessarily. The fourth quarter is when a lot of the work happens, because the year's profit is mostly visible by then. Some moves close on December 31st, so the sooner we talk, the more options are still open, and the savings show up when your return is filed.
What if you don't save me at least $50K?+
Then you don't pay for our planning. On the call we look at last year's return and this year's numbers and tell you honestly whether we see $50K or more for you. If your situation can't get there, you'll hear it straight.
What does it cost?+
Our fees aren't published. If it's a fit, you get a custom proposal covering your initial tax plan and the ongoing monthly package, quoted up front before any work starts.
Is tax return preparation included?+
No. Return preparation is billed separately from planning. You can have us file your returns or keep your current preparer while we run the strategy.
Do you work with business owners outside Atlanta?+
Yes. Our office is in Atlanta, and we work with business owners all over the United States. Getting started works the same no matter where you are.
One Last Step

How Much Of This Year's Tax Bill Can You Still Keep?

On the strategy call, we trace how money moves from your company to your household and what's coming for the business. You'll leave knowing whether $50K or more in savings is within reach for 2026 and which moves can still happen before December 31st.
